I took this photo just after a storm began to clear up over Lac La Belle in Oconomowoc earlier this summer. As with most of my photographs it was a spontaneous reaction to my surroundings. I'm very inspired by the weather, and I've found that some of the most interesting lighting for taking photographs occurs just before or just after a storm has passed. I feel that the lighting is what keeps pulling me back to this particular image.
